We have booked suite with jacuzzi, the walls in the hallways for 4 nights. Exceptionally kind and pretty friendly staff who were always there to help. The hotel's location was secluded, in the affluent Conchas Chinas neighborhood which is over the old romantic area of Vallarta.

our overnight stop at this hotel in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic. The staff was charming and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The view from the roof was breathtaking and the whirlpools were a great touch. We loved the spacious suite and the comfortable bed. Grand Miramar exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to go back.
Service around the pool areas could be improved.
